After-hours access is available only to clinical personnel with a need to access specific reference material for patient care purposes. The following categories are considered clinical personnel: Graduate School of Medicine Residents, GSM students and faculty, UT College of Pharmacy P2 students, and UT Medical Center Physicians and nurses. Those eligible for access must bring their ID badge to the library and  be registered.

Others who have been issued a UT Medical Center ID badge who feel they have a patient care related need to access the library resources after hours can contact the Library Administrative Assistant, Emily Weaver (305-9526, edweaver@utmck.edu) and complete a brief form to apply for access.

Area practicing physicians who need after hours access should contact the library in advance of the day they would like entry.
